- First, your dentist will take an impression of your teeth and gums and order your custom trays.
- Next, they will create a personalized care plan that tells you how much of the medicated gel to use, and the amount of time to wear the trays.
- At home, you simply add the correct amount of gel to the tray and pop it in your mouth.
- Relax! Set a timer and hang out.
- When your timer goes off, remove the tray. You have just helped protect your mouth from harmful bacteria!
